Sean Thompson is the president of ERG. He co-founded ERG in an attempt to change the face of EMS education in Southeastern Massachusetts & Rhode Island. In addition to his position at ERG, Sean is a full time Paramedic/Supervisor in a busy urban EMS system.
Sean began his teaching career shortly after entering EMS, and has become a proven leader in the classroom and on the street. His ability to cover material at all levels with insight and real world experience is the mainstay of his lectures.
In addition to his teaching and administrative roles at ERG Sean has recently taken on an even more monumental task. Combining his love of golf and his empathy of those living with cancer, Sean has established the “ERG Kids Classic” a golf tournament with proceeds benefiting "The Tomorrow Fund". A non-profit organization that provides emotional & financial support to children with cancer and their families as they are treated at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island.
Approaching two decades of service in EMS, Sean remains committed to making a difference in EMS. His passion for EMS is apparent every day…either in the care he renders, in the classroom, or at the hands of a past student.

Ron Audette is the vice president of ERG. He co-founded ERG in an attempt to change the face of EMS education in Southeastern Massachusetts & Rhode Island. In addition to his position at ERG, Ron is a full time Firefighter/Paramedic with the Somerset Fire Department.
Ron began his teaching career as an American Red Cross instructor at the age of 18 and has been a staple of the EMS educational community ever since. His ability to cover material with humor and simplicity captivates audiences at all levels. In addition to his role at ERG Ron currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at a local community college in a Fire Science/EMS program.
Having 20 years experience as an EMS provider and educator, Ron has worked in the private, municipal and hospital based sector, provided EMS coverage for a seated Vice President and edited chapters for a major publisher of EMS text’s.

Justin Desrosiers was hired in 2006 to design a new website, manage the office network, consult on tech issues and take the position of Field & Clinical Coordinator. He also occasionally lectures and teaches practical stations.
He has been involved in EMS since 1994 and is currently employed by the Mansfield Fire Department as a full time Firefighter/Paramedic. He also currently holds the position of Vice President of IAFF/PFFM Local 1820 and is very involved in the PFFM statewide.
In May of 2010 he also took over management of the family farm and unfortunately had to shed his Coodinator position. Justin has become an integral part of ERG and remains on staff for the website, tech consulting, and occasional teaching.
