Students will learn Skills in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Respiratory Emergencies, Trauma Emergencies, Intravenous Therapy, EKG Analysis, and 12 Lead EKG Interpretation. Students will be required to document 12 IV Starts under the supervision of a preceptor, a minimum of 10 hours of observation field internship with approved ALS Rescue units in the field, before course completion.
Upon Succesful completion of the ERG EMT-C program the student will be allowed to sit for the State of RI EMT-C exam
